- ACCEPTANCE
Company M-tech d.o.o. provides this Store to you on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated by company M-tech d.o.o. from time to time by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Store without prior separate notification to You and for Your accessing the Store in any time in the future, such updated Terms and Condition in force then shall apply. You should check the Terms and Conditions each time You access the Store to check for updates.
- THE STORE
The Store and any services and products that You may purchase through the Store are for Your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes. You will be able to obtain information about certain products and services via this Store and You may also submit queries to company M-tech d.o.o. to receive more information.
- PURCHASES
3.1 You can purchase products and services via this Store by selecting a product and proceeding to the check-out. All purchases that You may make via this Store will be administered by and purchased from company M-tech d.o.o. You thereby enter into a purchase agreement with company M-tech d.o.o.
3.2 You shall place your purchase order by filling in the required details at the check-out, including the details enabling the method of payment that You have selected. Provided the selected product(s) are available and in stock, company M-tech d.o.o. will take payment in accordance with Your order. Any rejected or revoked payments are subject to an administrative fee to cover M-tech d.o.o. ‘s direct costs for handling the rejected order.
3.3 Company M-tech d.o.o. cannot guarantee that all product(s) are available. However, if a product is temporarily out of stock, You may still be given the option to enter into a purchase agreement, but You will be notified that delivery may take longer than otherwise stated.
3.4 When Your purchase order is completed, a receipt confirming the purchase order will be shown on screen. Once You receive this receipt, provided by M-tech d.o.o, the purchase agreement is validly concluded. The receipt will include information regarding Your right to withdraw from the purchase agree-ment and any information You may need to access this right as well as information regarding complaints.
- PRICE & PAYMENT METHOD
4.1 The methods of payment which are available to choose from may vary. You will find the relevant price information and the available methods of payment for each product in the Store.
4.2 M-tech d.o.o. reserves the right to amend or change the prices at any time, if not specifically determined otherwise. The prices in the Store are of the informative nature and might be changed by company M-tech d.o.o. without prior notice.
- DELIVERY
5.1 The product(s), including applicable warranties, will be delivered to the delivery address that You have registered with the Store within reasonable time, usually within 3-10 working days of Your receipt of purchase, provided the product(s) are in stock.
- CANCELATION OF PURCHASE
6.1 If You for any reason wish to cancel a purchase, You may do so, without any explanation, within 14 days from receiving the product(s) or within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract on the purchase of a service. You must in such case notify the M-tech d.o.o. Company call center at the following telephone number:
6.2 When company M-tech d.o.o. has confirmed the cancellation, You will be provided with a return form for the product(s). You have to return the cancelled product(s) to the address posted on the return form within 30 days after the notification of cancellation was made. The product(s) must be in the condition in which You received it and packed in accordance with Mtech d.o.o.’s instructions. You may open the packaging and examine the product(s). However, the product(s) must be returned undamaged and properly packaged for the cancellation to be valid. If only part of the product(s) is returned, only a correspondingly deducted purchase price will be refunded to You.
6.3 Company M-tech d.o.o. will pay the cost of postage of the product(s) to the return address. However, if company M-tech d.o.o. finds that the received product(s) is incomplete, You will be responsible for the payment of postage of any and all remaining parts of the product(s) that You wish to return.
6.4 Company M-tech d.o.o. will return any charged payment for the purchase as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of company M-tech d.o.o.’s receipt of notice of cancellation.
- COMPLAINTS
Company M-tech d.o.o.’s customer service will do its best to reply to any inquiries and process any complaints regarding the Store, services or products as soon as possible. If a faulty product is delivered to You, You may notify M-tech d.o.o. without undue delay of discovering the fault and describe the problem.

- PRIVACY POLICY
8.1 By entering into a purchase agreement in the Store, You agree to provide company M-tech d.o.o. with the accurate data as requested in the purchase form and You agree to the following privacy policy.
8.2 The information that You provide to company M-tech d.o.o. through the registration process or otherwise via the Store will be used by company M-tech d.o.o., which for the purposes of this privacy policy will also include affiliates to company M-tech d.o.o., for the purpose of providing the services and/or products that You have requested by way of the Store. However, You may rest assured that the necessary measures are in place to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data. 9.1 Company M-tech d.o.o. hereby excludes all warranties concerning the supply or failure to supply any service in connection with the Store or that the Store is accurate, complete or up-to-date. You understand and agree that you are using the Store at your own risk and that M-tech d.o.o. does not warrant that the Store will meet Your requirements or that the Store will be uninterrupted, error free or secure. M-tech d.o.o. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to amend or withdraw any content or services offered as part of the Store.
9.2 The Store and any support are provided to You at no charge and are for Your personal and non-commercial use. Any support provided to You is for information purposes only. Company M-tech d.o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the Store; or not reply to any queries; or not provide any support in connection with the Store.
9.3 All materials included on this Store are the property of company M-tech d.o.o. and/or its suppliers and protected by copyright. You are authorized to view and download the materials for Your personal, non-commercial use only.
9.4 Company M-tech d.o.o. reserves the right to at any time prevent You from using the Store and any services and to prevent You from making any purchases.
- LIABILITY
10.1 Company M-tech d.o.o. excludes all liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that You may suffer, in connection with the use of or inability to use this Store. This limitation of liability shall not affect your statutory rights.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit M-tech d.o.o. ‘s liability for personal injury caused by its negligence or intent or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Slovenian law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
